Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at IY's Food Enterprise Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance
Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment for our customers and staff.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Supply Chain ManagementNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies to ensure the highest quality and best value for our business.
Marketing and PromotionParticipate in marketing plans and implementation to increase customer awareness and drive sales.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive reputation for our business.
Operational ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
Work Schedule32 hours per week.
