Membership and Sales Director Opportunity

The Vancouver Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership and Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing membership operations, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase membership sales
  • Manage the membership sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Oversee the onboarding and retention of new and existing members, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote membership sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and membership sales
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Post-secondary degree in business, hospitality, or related field
