Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in project management and strategic planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support sales teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and track project performance, and address any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or sales training is considered an asset.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
  • Critical and strategic thinking, visualization and storytelling, verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, influence skills, and data-driven decision-making.
