As a Strategic Project Manager at PointClickCare, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's success and growth. Reporting to the Senior Care Managing Director, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective project delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork
  • Assess and improve project management processes to optimize project delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive project delivery
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify and mitigate project risks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification to demonstrate expertise
  • 5-10 years of experience leading large-scale projects in the Healthcare SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive project success
  • Expertise in project management tools to optimize project delivery
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the Healthcare SaaS industry

Compensation:

The base salary for this role at PointClickCare is $133,900 - $156,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity. Salary range varies based on skills, experience, and location.
