We are seeking a skilled IT portfolio manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use business domain expertise and strategic agility to help teams focus on business value and align to the strategic initiatives of business and IT leadership.
  • Highlight and identify risks/impediments in the portfolio and lead the development of subsequent actions to minimize/mitigate project failure.
  • Ensure resources are effectively deployed and tracked for optimizing value-driven investments.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and model or coach the use of Agile/lean best practices and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years professional IT experience in a global or multi-site IT organization with 3-5 years of experience managing and executing Project Management and/or Customer Services with at least 3+ years of Portfolio management experience.
  • Courageous and focused—Influencing, driver, listener who is not afraid to ask for help or escalate.
  • Strong Communication: written and verbal with executive presence; focus on consistent communication of intent and help people understand the why.
  • Has a passion for ensuring good business planning and investments demonstrating business acumen, financial and resource savviness and has appropriate certifications, if required.
  • Prepared to lead change in our organization, supporting senior leaders to partner with our business stakeholders in managing our IT portfolio.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail with ability to conduct effective research, complete data analysis, efficient problem solving, creative thinking and ability to communicate performance trends.
