About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Afolabi Business Law Professional Corporation. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve marketing activities
  • Assist in product development and launch
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for our products and services
  • Develop communication strategies and campaigns to engage with our target audience
  • Direct the development and maintenance of our organization's Internet and intranet sites
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our establishments
  • Establish distribution networks for our products and services
  • Evaluate our organization's Internet presence and communication strategies
  • Implement communication strategies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of written material for website content
  • Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events for fundraising or information purposes
  • Review written material, such as reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, and press releases
  • Supervise staff and train them on marketing best practices
  • Develop promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors
  • Market our business services and products to our target audience
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for marketing activities
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
  • Act as spokesperson for our organization
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
  • Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Copywrite and create engaging content for our website and social media channels
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Knowledge of advertising, communications, and marketing principles
