Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at our world-class facility in Yaqara. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving line efficiency targets, maximizing value-added time, and ensuring standard work processes are in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of line efficiency targets, through immediate problem response and resolution with team and supervisor.
  • Drives OEE performance by maximizing value-added time, ensuring standard work processes (all tasks).
  • Supports performance management process (performance boards, updates & discussions).
  • Developing high-performing work teams, covering absenteeism, rotating in for training activities, and encouraging cross-functional capabilities.
  • Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
  • Administrative responsibilities for team (paperwork, discussions with Supervisor).

Requirements

  • Successful completion of Form 6.
  • Trade Certificate in relevant field.
  • 3 years in manufacturing/operations leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in bottling or other processing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean problem-solving tools.
