Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and sales in their designated territory. This individual will work closely with veterinary customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Utilize business acumen to gain adoption of new products and services in target accounts
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Host and attend events to build relationships and promote products
- Apply selling tools to analyze territory and increase sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or RVT strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional level experience with proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred 2+ years experience in a selling role: Animal Health Industry strongly preferred; experience in evidence-based medicine/scientific/medical device sales strongly preferred; past B2B sales experience
- Proficient in learning new computer applications and experience with GSuite or MS Office
- Must live within territory and willing to make appointments throughout the entire territory
- Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
