Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Banking Customer Service Representative (English/Mandarin OR English/Cantonese) to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 40-60 incoming calls per shift, addressing everyday banking inquiries.
  • Assist clients with account openings, password changes, and credit card charge inquiries.
  • Deliver empathetic responses to a variety of client questions and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with established routines and processes to safeguard client and shareholder interests.
  • Educate clients on utilizing digital banking capabilities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin OR English and Cantonese (both reading and verbal skills are essential).
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role, managing a high volume of calls.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment (1 day in office per week).
  • Proven skills in building rapport and maintaining client relationships, preferably in the financial or service sectors.
  • Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in keyboarding, internet navigation, and multitasking.
  • A genuine interest in mobile and digital technologies, with the capability to assist clients in navigating self-service applications.
