Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Brandt Developments Ltd. is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to support our Building Design and Facilities Management group in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate small building projects, develop scope documents, estimates, and construction drawings, and oversee implementation.
  • Assist in managing corporate assets, including furniture and system walls, and collaborate with key suppliers.
  • Maintain existing building records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate tenant moves and provide support to Facility Managers across Canada.
  • Prepare cost estimates, tender contract documents, and Site Visit Reports.
  • Collaborate with Brandt's internal building design team to deliver customer service to internal stakeholders and maintain facilities to corporate standards.
  • Support the development of construction documents, coordinate with design and engineering disciplines, contractors, project management, and constructors, and administer contracts.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare contract administration reports.
  • Assist in reviewing, evaluating, and improving Brandt design standards, drafting, details, and specifications as required.
  • Focus on operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Facility Coordinators, Architectural Technologists, Designers, and candidates with experience in Construction, Interior Design, and/or Property Management.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD computer drafting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal and communications skills, time-management, and a positive hard-working attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
