Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OLD TOWN PIZZA HOUSE BAR & GRILL. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a supervisor who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. You will be working in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment, with a 30-40 hour workweek.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
