Role Overview:

We are looking for a Chief Capital Officer who will spearhead the strategic vision and overall effectiveness of Accoravillage's capital acquisition and management efforts. This role includes leading the Business Development team, overseeing investor relations, capital distribution, and financial strategy.

Compensation: Competitive annual salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the business development initiatives of Accoravillage.
  • Oversee and evaluate the performance of the capital portfolio, making adjustments as needed to align with financial goals and market dynamics.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new avenues for capital investment and investor engagement.
  • Establish and refine policies and procedures to uphold best practices in capital management and allocation.
  • Prepare and deliver in-depth reports on capital performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead a team of business development experts, offering mentorship and conducting performance assessments.
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth within the finance and investment teams.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and industry practices.

Relationship Management and Communication:

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to optimize capital opportunities.
  • Regularly update investors and stakeholders on performance metrics and strategic direction.
  • Organize and engage in investor meetings and industry conferences to promote capital strategies and objectives.
  • Develop a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
  • Engage with community and industry organizations to enhance the company's reputation and connections.

Negotiation and Representation:

  • Negotiate key terms and conditions for major capital projects and agreements with investors and financial partners.
  • Represent Accoravillage at industry events, meetings, and public engagements to boost visibility and attract potential investors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record in capital acquisition and financial strategy.
  • A well-established network of industry contacts is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing capital strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and cultivate high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
