Job Description

Zigbee Technology Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Client Support Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
