We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at BDC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leveraging your interpersonal strengths and network to generate new business opportunities, while managing a portfolio of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement action plans to ensure the growth and retention of current clients, while acquiring new clients and creating a business opportunity pipeline.
  • Utilize analytical, negotiation, and finance proposal presentation skills to showcase your expertise and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Engage with the local business community through networking and association memberships to develop business relationships and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial credit or business analysis and development.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and delivering on objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build lasting relationships with peers, clients, and external partners.
