Job Overview

GreenGold Construction Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to oversee various aspects of our construction projects. This is a permanent position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a college diploma or a non-university certificate from a program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based, requiring effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors for project execution.
  • Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitoring progress regularly.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate any necessary revisions or changes.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Manage project budgets effectively to ensure financial viability.
  • Oversee procurement of building materials and land as needed.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
  • Develop comprehensive risk management strategies.
  • Analyze data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
