About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Construction Supervisor to join our team at IK Construction Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity and product quality
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and performance
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes
  • Co-ordination and Communication
    • Co-ordinate and schedule activities with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners
    • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
    • Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and evaluate project performance against established goals and objectives
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Work Environment
    • Permanent position
    • 35 hours per week
    • Work Language: English
