Position Overview

The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for various technical positions within our organization. This role is pivotal in supporting our ambitious growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to pinpoint current hiring needs and develop a strategic talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry organizations and key stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts and share best practices.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for both cultural fit and technical competence.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to refine selection criteria and secure top talent.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach communications to attract exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within fast-paced tech or SaaS environments.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
  • Driven by a mission with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in identifying diverse talent through innovative recruitment strategies and strong employer branding.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is advantageous.
