About the Role

Cascade Powersports Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our information systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations that may arise in the course of your work, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our information systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Testing and Documentation: Execute and document the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in information systems and business development is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
