About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Technical Specialist to join our team at Cascade Powersports Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Resolve complex conflict situations and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform usability testing to ensure our systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Execute and document the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure our systems are reliable and efficient.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in information systems business solutions development, IT strategy, and data security is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in software development, testing, and quality assurance practices.
