Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at the Town of Powerview-Pinefalls.

About the Role

The Chief Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the municipality, ensuring the effective implementation of council priorities and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and attend council meetings, ensuring by-laws and resolutions are up to date
  • Prepare and monitor the annual financial plan, including the general operating budget and capital budget
  • Administer the taxation process, including the collection of overdue accounts and tax sale process
  • Recruit and develop all municipal employees
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience in municipal administration, financial management, and human resource management. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
