We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join Helias Enterprises Limited.
Job SummaryThe Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business operations.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the organization is meeting its goals.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business operations.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior executive or management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions.
The Chief Operating Officer will work in a dynamic and fast-paced business services environment, with a focus on hotel, motel, and resort operations.
