Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Anecca Ideas Corp.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have access to the necessary resources and tools to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
