About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Humpty's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
    • Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
    • Sanitize all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Waste Management
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • General Maintenance
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
    • Perform other general maintenance tasks as required
