Position Overview
We are in search of a talented Software Solutions Consultant to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining and improving existing solutions, as well as developing new features to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities
The Software Solutions Consultant will engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to fulfill business requirements.
- Customizing existing modules to enhance system functionalities.
- Configuring and extending current platforms.
- Integrating software with third-party applications as necessary.
- Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards using reporting tools.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align requirements with organizational objectives.
- Documenting technical specifications, system configurations, and processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or cloud-based software configuration, preferably in technology or consulting sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
