    • Develop innovative concepts to expand revenue streams for public food/concessions, premium service outlets, and catering offerings.
    • Drive the operational strategy and business development plan for growth, ensuring alignment with Aramark's values and objectives.

    • Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

    The ideal candidate possesses:

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing large-scale venues and multi-unit operations within the food and beverage industry.
    • Proven success in premium events and concessions management, demonstrating a deep understanding of high-volume service environments.
    • A track record of direct P&L management within comparable settings, showcasing financial acumen and operational expertise.
    • Experience leading large teams of culinary and operations managers in fast-paced, demanding environments.
    • A passion for food and beverage with a talent for identifying and developing successful concepts.
    • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, senior management, and team members.
    • The ability to adapt to changing demands and thrive in a dynamic environment.
