Hospitality Operations Director

We are collaborating with a prominent provider of culinary and beverage solutions in Canada, recognized for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and upholding high standards of quality and creativity. This organization is committed to providing exceptional dining alternatives and unmatched service across various venues. They are currently in search of a seasoned and innovative Hospitality Operations Director to oversee their food and beverage functions.

Position Overview

As the Hospitality Operations Director for our client's Canadian food and beverage sector, you will be the key driver behind strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a committed team, manage all facets of food and beverage operations, and ensure the preservation of their esteemed reputation for quality and innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the success of operations, focusing on revenue enhancement, profitability, guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational safety
  • Manage full P&L accountability for food and beverage operations
  • Cultivate client relationships at the location, providing hands-on execution and leadership for operational excellence
  • Lead a substantial team of managers and staff across multiple units and concepts
  • Develop and introduce new concepts to increase revenue for public food services, concessions, premium services, and catering outlets
  • Formulate and implement business growth strategies for operations

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large venues and multi-unit operations
  • Experience in overseeing premium events and concessions is essential
  • Proven success in directly managing P&L in a similarly scoped environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
