Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a Team Leader to join our Firehouse Subs team
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for running and managing shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery, and promoting a positive work environment. Your warm and friendly nature will make our guests feel welcome and valued.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and demonstrating excellent hospitality skills
- Managing shift operations and ensuring efficient service delivery
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Preparing and serving high-quality subs and beverages
- Monitoring and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- 1 year of food service or retail experience
- Availability to work days and afternoons
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn and grow
- Experience leading a team is an asset
