Hospitality Operations Director

We are collaborating with a prominent provider of culinary and beverage services in Canada, recognized for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and upholding high standards of quality and creativity. This esteemed organization is committed to providing exceptional dining options and unmatched service across various locations. They are currently in search of a seasoned and innovative Hospitality Operations Director to spearhead their food and beverage initiatives.

Position Overview

As the Hospitality Operations Director for our client's Canadian food and beverage sector, you will be the key architect behind strategic planning, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a passionate team, manage all facets of food and beverage operations, and ensure the preservation of their reputation for quality and creativity.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall success of operations, focusing on revenue enhancement, profitability, guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational safety
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for food and beverage operations
  • Manage client partnerships at the location, delivering hands-on execution and leadership for operational excellence
  • Lead a sizable team of managers and staff across multiple units and concepts
  • Innovate and develop new concepts to increase revenue for public food services, concessions, premium services, and catering
  • Formulate and implement business growth strategies for operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large venues and multi-unit operations
  • Experience in overseeing premium events and concessions is crucial
  • Proven track record in managing P&L in a similarly scoped environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
