Director of Hospitality Operations

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team at Corecruitment as a Director of Hospitality Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our food and beverage operations and drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.

The Role

As the Director of Hospitality Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of our operations, including revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational safety. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee all aspects of F&B operations, and ensure the continuation of our reputation for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the success of operations, including revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational safety.
  • Financial Management: Oversee full P&L accountability for food and beverage operations.
  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships at the location, providing hands-on execution and leadership for operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a large team of managers and staff across multiple units and concepts.
  • Concept Development: Create and develop new concepts to boost revenue for public food services, concessions, premium services, and catering outlets.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute business growth strategies for Operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing large venues and multi-unit operations.
  • Experience in managing premium events and concessions is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in directly managing P&L in a similarly scoped environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
