Regional Operations Director

As a Regional Operations Director, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by leading operations, financial management, and service delivery for a specified geographical region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account expansion plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify project opportunities and priorities, develop and implement projects.
- Manage budgets, including O&M, transaction, capital projects, and rent, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Lead operations and maintenance activities for a portfolio of facilities, creating and implementing short to mid-term plans to optimize facilities and deliver value to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry guidelines.
- Develop and execute emergency preparedness, risk management, and business continuity plans to safeguard clients against emergencies and risks.
- Community college diploma in business administration or related field.
- More than 10 years of facility management work experience.
- Highly skilled at account management, facility operations management, client relationship management, and emergency management.
- Skilled at managing budgets, vendor management, and project management.
- Expert-level knowledge of current building standards and requirements.
- Certified Facility Manager from International Facility Management Association.
- Certified Property Manager from Institute of Real Estate Management.
- Facility Management Administrator Designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute.
