We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at PEDI N NAILS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians and support staff
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
- Monitor and control salon operations, including inventory management and cash handling
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Training and Development
- Train and develop the skills of our nail technicians and support staff
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that our team members are meeting their full potential
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on salon operations and performance
- Manage salon inventory and supplies
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- Experience in a nail salon or related industry is an asset
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Are you available for shift or on-call work?
- Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
