Retail Sales Manager

Kleen Bee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions.
- Staffing and Supervision: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and hire staff, and provide ongoing supervision and coaching.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
