Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Kleen Bee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise Management: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed financial decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area, retail business.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license.
