Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Canada Wise Driving School Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with our team to achieve common goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, accountability, dependability, due diligence, and quick learner.
