About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at New Me Esthetics & Threading Studio Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among team members, and providing exceptional administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
    • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
    • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
  • HR Support
    • Provide HR support, including recruitment, training, and development strategies.
    • Manage contracts, negotiate collective agreements, and oversee the preparation of reports.
    • Conduct performance reviews, evaluate work environments, and implement safety protocols.
  • Technology and Data Management
    • Manage digital databases, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
    • Develop and implement technology solutions to improve office efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
    • Basic security clearance.

    • Flexibility, judgment, and a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
