Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at New Me Esthetics & Threading Studio Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among team members, and providing exceptional administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
- HR Support
- Provide HR support, including recruitment, training, and development strategies.
- Manage contracts, negotiate collective agreements, and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Conduct performance reviews, evaluate work environments, and implement safety protocols.
- Technology and Data Management
- Manage digital databases, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement technology solutions to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Skills and Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Basic security clearance.
