Position Overview
This is a full-time on-site role focused on providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the head of the dining operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all activities within the executive dining room and lounges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations for the executive dining room and lounges, ensuring seamless coordination for senior management events.
- Assist in organizing both onsite and offsite special events tailored for executive leadership.
- Prioritize and manage business development events, collaborating with the executive chef to create menus that meet the needs of senior management.
- Supervise, schedule, and train staff to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain equipment in optimal condition and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Facilitate the procurement of food and supplies for executive events while ensuring adherence to access protocols.
