**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Dining Room Manager to join our team at Desjardins. As an Assistant Maître d'Hôtel, you will play a key role in coordinating all executive dining room and lounge activities, ensuring seamless execution of senior management events and business development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate reservations for executive dining room and lounges for senior management events, including onsite and offsite special events for the president and senior management.
  • Help manage priorities for business development events, develop menus with the executive chef and assistant chef, and accommodate special requests from senior management.
  • Schedule, supervise, and train teams for activities in the executive dining room and lounges.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order and health standards are met.
  • Purchase food and supplies for senior management events and ensure access rules are respected for the executive dining room and lounges.

**Requirements**

  • College diploma in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
