Estiatorio Milos is seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards are met in our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and sanitize tables according to our high standards
  • Restock service stations with linens, silverware, and glassware
  • Liaise with FOH staff to set tables and accommodate special requests
  • Refill beverage glasses and attend to guest needs
  • Assist servers and runners with their tasks as needed
  • Polish cutlery, crockery, and glassware
  • Familiarize yourself with menu items, including allergens, to respond to guest inquiries
  • Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Maintain a friendly, warm, and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to multitask and receive feedback and direction

Annual salary range: $65,000 to $90,000
