Bilingual Consumer Relations Associate [Part Time]

Role Overview

The Bilingual Consumer Relations Associate is responsible for engaging with customers to deliver and manage information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with customers via telephone, email, or chat;
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively;
  • Gather and assess all pertinent information to address product and service inquiries;
  • Process orders, forms, and requests efficiently;
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions;
  • Document details of inquiries, feedback, and complaints;
  • Log actions taken to resolve issues;
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal departments;
  • Provide insights on the effectiveness of the customer service process.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices;
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications;
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred;
  • Bilingual with fluency in English;
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Capability in problem analysis and resolution;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Skills in data collection and organization;
  • Self-motivated and proactive;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Resilience under pressure.

Position Status: Two part-time positions available

Work Schedule:

Saturday: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM (6 hours)

Monday to Friday: Up to a maximum of 24 hours per week
