Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Operations Specialist I:
  • Perform a diverse array of operational transactions and processing tasks across various functions within designated timelines and standards.
  • Assist in the analysis and reporting of special projects that enhance our operational framework and elevate service standards.
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal stakeholders to address processing challenges by referring or escalating as needed.
  • Confirm and process customer adjustments, payment reversals, and international money transfers with a high level of accuracy and within authorized parameters.
  • Respond swiftly to partner inquiries and requests, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution.
Job Qualifications for the Bilingual Operations Specialist I:
  • Proficient in both French and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of data entry and administrative experience in the financial and banking sector is required.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Familiarity with financial instruments such as Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) products is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail, with a dedication to accuracy in transaction processing.
Employment Details:
  • Salary: $25 per hour
  • Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, On-site
  • Duration: 1 year with potential for extension
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
