Bilingual Consumer Relations Associate [Part Time]

Customer Support Representative

Overview

Engage with clients to deliver and manage information in response to inquiries, issues, and requests regarding products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with customers via phone, email, or chat;
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries;
  • Address and resolve customer complaints;
  • Gather and assess all pertinent information to address product and service inquiries;
  • Process orders, forms, and requests efficiently;
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions;
  • Document details of inquiries, feedback, and complaints;
  • Log actions taken to resolve issues;
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams;
  • Offer insights on the effectiveness of the customer service process.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices;
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications;
  • Prior experience in a call center setting;
  • Bilingual with fluency in English;
  • Spanish language skills are a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Capability in problem analysis and resolution;
  • Attention to detail and precision;
  • Skills in data collection and organization;
  • Self-motivated and proactive;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Capacity to handle stress effectively.

Position Status: Two part-time roles available

Work Schedule:

Saturday: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM (6 hours)

Monday to Friday: Up to a maximum of 24 hours
