Sales and Marketing Manager for Agricultural and Commercial Products

About the Role:
The Farm and Commercial Sales Manager is a key position within Federated Co-operatives Limited, responsible for building relationships and providing service, support, and knowledge to customers for a variety of products including fuel, oil, agricultural equipment, feed, and home and building supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through on-farm and/or business calls.
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to the sales department to inform future product development and sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and communication to maintain and grow relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve budgeted goals and support the division's overall objectives.
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in petroleum sales, agricultural sales, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License, with a Class 3A or Class 1A license being an asset.
- Ability to perform regular heavy lifting and bending, up to 25 kilograms (50 pounds).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
