Job Summary

Pump Jacks Saloon and Steakhouse is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling methods to meet business needs and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring quality and service standards are met.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs, maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste, preparing reports for management decisions.
Work Environment
  • Collaborate with a team of 3-4 staff members.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
Requirements
  • Experience in staff management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • 1 year or less of experience in a similar environment.
  • 30-40 hours of work per week.
