About the Role:
The Farm and Commercial Sales Manager is a key member of our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited, responsible for building relationships and providing service, support, and knowledge to customers for a multitude of products including fuel, oil, agricultural equipment, feed, and home and building supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through on-farm and/or business calls.
- Communicate positive and negative feedback to the sales department to inform future development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and communication to maintain and grow relationships with customers.
- Support the division in achieving budgeted goals and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in petroleum sales, agricultural sales, or related sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets or goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Highly efficient organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License; a Class 3A or Class 1A would be an asset.
- Ability to perform regular heavy lifting and bending – up to 25 kilograms (50 pounds).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- A team player mentality, with a focus on building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
