Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information, respond to phone calls and emails, and maintain accurate records.
  • Data Entry: Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • File Management: Maintain confidential medical files and records, and ensure accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
