Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and trustworthy Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Health Services team in a part-time, day shift position.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Touchmark, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support. You will work closely with our nursing team to coordinate clinical care, develop individualized service plans, and ensure residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on nursing care for residents in the Health Services neighborhood
  • Assess the health status of residents and work with the nursing team to develop and review individualized service plans
  • Develop trust and strong communication with family members to provide information and insight related to the resident's health and well-being
  • Help oversee, mentor, and coach care staff to ensure they are providing high-quality care
  • Assist with the orientation of new employees

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license
  • Ability to read and write English to follow and give oral and written instructions
  • Trustworthy and compassionate individual with a genuine interest in caring for aging residents
