Job Summary

  • Prepare Production Reports: Develop and maintain accurate records of production progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Recruit and Hire Workers: Identify, recruit, and hire skilled workers to join the production team, ensuring a strong and diverse workforce.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of production team members.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to protect workers and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage Company Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, maintenance, and quality control.

    • Machinery and Metal Equipment Products Manufacturing: Proven experience in the manufacturing of machinery and metal equipment products, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.

    • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
    • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.

    Personal Suitability
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with production team members, management, and external stakeholders.
    • Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Experience
    • 1-2 Years of Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or quality control role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
    • Permanent Employment: Permanent employment with a reputable company, with a strong focus on quality control and production excellence.
    • English Language: Fluency in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • 40-44 Hours per Week: Ability to work 40-44 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
