Job Summary

Nu-Tech Rollforming Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Accurately estimate costs and materials required for production to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare Production Reports: Prepare detailed production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit and Hire Workers: Recruit and hire skilled workers to join our production team.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage Company Operations: Oversee the operation of the company, including managing budgets and resources.
  • Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Set Up Machines: Set up and maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise Workers: Supervise and mentor production staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Use CNC Machines: Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products.
Industry Experience

We are looking for candidates with experience in the machinery and metal equipment products manufacturing industry.

  • Attention to Detail: Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality products are produced.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work Under Pressure: Must be able to work under pressure to meet production targets.
Personal Suitability
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and management.
  • Organized: Must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
