Job Summary

Nu-Tech Rollforming Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Accurately estimate costs and materials required for production to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare Production Reports: Prepare detailed production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit and Hire Workers: Recruit and hire skilled workers to join our production team.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to ensure our team members have the skills needed to succeed.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage Company Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing inventory and supplies.
  • Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality products are produced.
  • Use CNC Machines: Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products.
Industry Experience:
  • Machinery and Metal Equipment Products Manufacturing: Experience in machinery and metal equipment products manufacturing is essential for this role.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is required to ensure high-quality products are produced.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Tight Deadlines: Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Organized: Ability to work in an organized and methodical manner.
