Biomanufacturing Quality Control Supervisor

Resilience Biotechnologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in the Biomanufacturing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our biomanufactured products, while also providing leadership and guidance to our quality control team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and protocols.
- Investigate and resolve quality control issues and deviations, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments, including production, research and development, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of quality control activities.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring that quality control procedures and protocols are aligned with the latest standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as microbiology, biology, or chemistry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control, with a focus on biomanufacturing.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of quality control professionals.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols, including GMPs and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
